DR R S (Founder & Director) of Urazia who is multi-talented person, and multi-qualified personality (DHMCT, BBA, MBA, M.PHIL).
 
He has 24 years’ experience in Hospitality industry (8 years in Hospitality Industry, 8 years in Academic & 8 years in Recruitment).
 
2. ABOUT THE CENTRE HEAD:
 
MS RUDRA PATIL, 7 years’ experience in Hospitality industry (Housekeeping) and 6 years’ experience in Academic industry. 
 
3. ABOUT THE COURSE INCHARGE:
 
MR KUNAL PATEL, B.SC-HM; 5 Years’ Experience in Hospitality industry (F&B service). 6 years in Academic industry.

● Is Urazia a job Consultant firm?
 
URAZIA is a Hospitality Training firm related to Training & Placement of candidates and various professionals at various Hospitality sectors (Domestic & International level).
 
 
● What kind of training Urazia provides and for whom?
 
Urazia provides corporate training for all working professionals (at Hospitality/ customer service industry) in terms of SOFT SKILL which plays an important role in terms of growth & development of an individual in an organization.
 
Urazia also provides vocational Training for various candidates (fresher/ Experienced) to develop their skills & knowledge in terms of Hospitality / Cruise/ Airline industry which helps them to get placed at the right sectors.
 
● Is this Training compulsory if I wish to apply for other jobs (National/ International)? Since I already have 3 yrs. of work Experience in 5-star hotel as a cook.
 
Training is not mandatory!!! However it is required for only those who lacks in certain skills & knowledge. 
 
 
● What is the eligibility to undergo these vocational courses?
 
Age Limit: 18-32 Yrs for all Hospitality related courses; Qualification: Min SSC passed 
 
 
● I wish to join cruise industry. I am a Hotel Management graduate, and have 2 years’ experience as a cook. Kindly advise me how to proceed?
 
Kindly meet us in person with all documents. We will conduct a short screening test. If you lack in knowledge/ skills, then you may have to undergo International Cruise line Training programme at Urazia. After successful completion of Training, we will assist for placement. We don’t charge for Placements!!! 
 
● I am a fresher. What career option you can suggest me? And what will be the steps in recruitment?
 
Options are wide!!! First of all, you need to attend a personal interview with us, we will explain and suggest you in detail about various career options. Then you have to undergo vocational training at Urazia (as Training mandatory for fresher), which will give you the right direction to get placed at leading Hospitality sectors.
 
 
● I wish to go abroad and I don’t wish to do any kind of training, as I already have 6 yrs experience as a waiter.
 
As we mentioned earlier that Training is not compulsory; you need to attend preliminary interview to check your skills & knowledge. Based on that, we will guide you further.
 
 
● Which are the Various sectors, you place candidates normally?
 
Our placement sectors includes leading star hotels, Chain of Restaurants, Industrial Catering, Coffee shops, Pubs, Clubs, Inns, Resorts, Airline, Cruise line e.t.c.
 
● Is the Training Fee Refundable if we don’t get placements?
 
First of all, understand one thing, no one gives job guarantee in the career market.
We will only assist for placements by arranging interviews. If you fail in interview, we may give one or two chances by arranging interviews. You have to prove during the interview. Training Fee non-refundable under any circumstances.
 
● Who are all the clients in India, where you place candidates?
 
After successful completion of Training, our candidates got placed at various Hospitality sectors (in India) which includes star hotels, Resorts, Clubs and Speciality Restaurants in Mumbai, Goa, New Delhi, Haridwar, Dehradun, Nainital & Kochi.
